Our factory

All our modules contain standard-format standard cylindrical cells cyclindric cells. This format is one of the most widely adopted in the battery industry. It is robust, easier to cool with immersion cooling, and is supported by a strong, diverse supply chain. Besides, a wide range of cell chemistries is available in this format.

We source the cells from renowned suppliers, primarily in Korea and Japan, with European stock availability, to ensure both high quality and availability.

95% of our remaining components are supplied by certified European manufacturers, guaranteeing consistent quality and availability.

Our proprietary thermal management system was developed with the know-how and expertise of CEA, a renown French technology research institute. It operates alongside state-of-the-art safety electronics, firstly developed with Fraunhofer IISB, a respected German research institute. These two technologies, along with strict product development standards, ensure exceptional safety and battery lifespan across all applications.

Cutting-edge automation ensures consistent weld quality and complete traceability. Every single weld is automatically inspected, with results recorded for quality monitoring.

Full traceability is maintained for all critical components, with testing performed at the cell, module and pack levels.

More than 10 rigorous quality control steps are applied to 100% of our production. Every stage of the production line is monitored and logged in a secure server, ensuring complete transparency and reliability of the products delivered to our customers.
